Day 26 is the most difficult Honeymoon Mission so far. Fortunately, if everything went to plan, you should have claimed $110 of tournament tickets from Day 25. So let’s start – I’m Barry Craig, and I’ll be your guide to completing the Day 26 challenge!

What is the Day 26 Honeymoon Missions Challenge?

The Honeymoon Missions Day 26 challenge is to win a Bounty Hunter Tournament. Skill, patience and luck will all come into play if you want to succeed on Day 26!

How Much is the Prize for Completing Day 26 Challenge?

Day 26 is (so far) most difficult challenge of Natural 8ā€™s Honeymoon Missions Challenge.  If you do complete the Day 26 challenge, you are well on your way to completing all the missions and your final bonus of $150.

Getting Started

How to start the day 26 challenge:

  1. Choose “Tournaments”

    Choose “Tournaments” from the top menu in the lobby;

  2. Select “Bounty Hunters”

    Now select “Bounty Hunters” from the next menu;

  3. Remove “Freeroll”

    Remove Freeroll on the righthand side;

  4. Uncheck unwanted options

    Now uncheck “Show Running”, “Show Satellites”, “Always Show Featured Events” and “Show Day1s”;

  5. Choose Tournaments

    Choose the tournaments you want to enter.

To have a reasonable chance of completing this mission you will need to play multiple tournaments simultaneously.

Tips for Completing Day 26

Preparation is key for this challenge. I played 53 tournaments, but my planning started well before I started the 30-day Challenge.

Here are my top tips for completing Day 26:

  • Check your calendar – I wanted to make sure this mission would not happen over a weekend and a day where I had free time. During the weekend the fields are generally larger and therefore the mission is slightly harder to complete. Playing this challenge during the week gives you a slight edge and should be planned at the outset of your Honeymoon for Newcomers’ promotion.
  • Don’t play Omaholic Bounty tournaments – I found out that Omaholic Bounty tournaments are not included after checking with the fantastic support team at Natural8.
  • Get rested – you’re going to need to start early to complete this mission. I started before the end of Day 25 because when you win the tournament is important. If you leave it too late – registering for tournaments towards the end of the day – you probably won’t have time to complete them before the Day 27 challenge is released and your mission will not be awarded.

Hi! I'm Barry Craig, and my mission is to help you finish your Honeymoon Mission. You can find me online using the handle "4 Card Magic". I've been a poker player for over 20 years. Playing in the World Series of Poker was always my dream, and I did that 3 times. I was the first ever Northern Ireland Poker Champion, with my biggest live tournament cash of Ā£50,000. I have had many five figure online cashes, with my biggest $60,000 without ever playing in high-roller events. I only ever played in a handful of live tournaments and tended to be fortunate. Hi Barry – Do you know if speed racer events count?

    Barry Craig · December 29, 2020 at 3:47 pm

    I think they do because when I click Tournaments, then Bounty Hunters, Speed Racers are listed. When I was doing day 26, they weren’t yet available.

Hi Barry, thank you for this very detailed breakdown of the Honeymoon missions, and congratulations on achieving it.
I am currently halfway through and moments ago I completed number 16 … 200 hands of rush and cash.
Day 26 is a little tricky and I was wondering what happens if you miss one, do you know if you can continue and still end up with 25/30?

    Barry Craig · January 3, 2021 at 5:41 am

    Hi Clay, thank you for the comment.

    Days 26, 28 and 30 are difficult and take a while, decide for yourself if you have the time to complete these missions. If not, it’s fine to settle for any 25 of the 30 missions and get the $151 worth of bonuses.

    Good luck and let me know how you get on!

Clay · January 11, 2021 at 1:00 am

25 days completed, so the T$110 was secured moments ago.

Looking forward to day 26 I did some research, and I see 20 ‘Micro’ tournaments that will finish within the timeframe, starting early and looking at the lobby to see the estimated finish time.
If I include ‘Low’ there are 46 tournaments within the same timeframe.
I doubt I will have time to enter anywhere near that many, but this info may be useful to someone else attempting this?
Good luck to you if you are about to try day 26, and good luck to me tomorrow šŸ™‚

    Barry Craig · January 11, 2021 at 12:20 pm

    Well done Clay. I wish you the best of luck tomorrow. Remember, it’s win or bust. Don’t worry about bubble or ICM considerations, that’s for another day. I recommend starting an hour before the mission is released to get a few extra chances!

      Clay · January 11, 2021 at 3:47 pm

      Thanks for the advice, I appreciate it šŸ™‚

Clay · January 12, 2021 at 5:43 pm

Day 26 result – Strange day because there was server maintenance for 7 hours (5am-12pm my time)
I came back and played after the shut down and then after a while I noticed that the mission was complete!
Not sure what the ruling is that gave me a pass, but I failed to win a tournament.

Played – 10
In the money – 4
Best result – 13th of 874

    Barry Craig · January 13, 2021 at 7:59 am

    I think that’s only fair and I’m glad you got a pass on the most difficult mission. Day 28 can be tougher than you might expect. Have a look now so you can prepare. Thank you for the updates and good luck!

      Clay · January 13, 2021 at 8:23 am

      Thanks Barry.
      Day 27 was pretty straight forward, but for day 28 I will take your advice and experiment beforehand with how many tables I can handle šŸ™‚

      By the way, I played one another bounty hunter (on a different site) after I completed day 27 and I finished 3rd of 500+ which was awesome but still not a win!
      I am very impressed that you were able to win on demand, especially with so many tables running.

Zgr · January 25, 2021 at 1:54 pm

Do u know if flip and go tournaments counts in the challenge?

    Shatzie · May 4, 2021 at 2:32 am

    I prepared for this mission by listing every single micro/low buy-in bounty hunter tournament and clearing my calendar. I woke up 4am local time to start my 20 hour grind of bounty hunter tournaments with some coffee…

    Turns out I used all my luck in the first tournament I joined (Speed racer bounty) and after 1 hour into my planned 20 hour stint I already won one. Thanks Barry for your guide, it’s been really helpful, hopefully I also manage to get 30/30 done, only afraid of the AoF jackpot grind.

Barry Craig · January 31, 2021 at 7:09 am

Hi Zgr,

Only tournaments under the tournament tab, then bounty hunters tab are counted. Thanks for the comment.

Evan Williams · March 3, 2021 at 8:52 pm

Didn’t manage to get there a coupe of final tables but no wins… none left that will finish on time.

Barry thanks for all you did to help so many of us through this.

Great job and lots of fun.
